SNSD had 'Goobne Chicken,' Wonder Girls had 'BBQ Chicken,' Kara had 'COB Chicken,' Secret had '9ers Chicken,' and T-Ara & Yoo Jae Seok had 'Nene Chicken.' However, as summer approaches these idosl groups are instead colliding over water parks.
Daemyung leisure industry's Ocean World CF chose After School's Uee and Kahi. Lee Hyori, who had been the model for Daemyung, was replaced by these two sexy idol stars in an effort to give Ocean World a stronger younger image.
Meanwhile, SNSD and 2PM were cast as the models for a Caribbean Bay advertisement. They aim to show that water parks are not simply for playing in the water, but that they are a part of young culture to enjoy and a place where passion can be expressed. SNSD and 2PM, whose very meeting was a huge topic, took on the role of Korean "Bay Watch" lifeguards and released cool scenes.
T-Ara is also throwing their hat into the ring. T-Ara was recently chosen as the models for Cheonan Huracle resorts and on the 14th finished shooting with the concept 'Scandal in the Water Park,' which will be released in the middle of June. Huracle Resort said, "T-Ara, which is currently enjoying huge success in the entertainment world, has undergone various transformations with cute, lively, sexy, and other images. They were chosen as models because they would do a good job expressing the many varied joys of Huracle Resort," and explained the background for their selection.
